Order Status
How do I track my order?
- Contact us or write to us at ContactOnlyKawaii@gmail.com with your order number and the subject as "Track Order". We will get back to you in 2 to 3 business days with your tracking number, if it’s available.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
- The duration of the shipping depends on the product and the location. You can find the shipping duration on each product page. Usually, it will take around 2-4 weeks for the product to be delivered.

Can I edit my order or my details?
- Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet.
- If you wish to change anything about your order, please contact us or write to us at ContactOnlyKawaii@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order has already been shipped, we can no longer make any necessary changes to it.

What if I receive a product that is damaged?
- We always try our best to serve our customers with the best quality products. However, there might be several factors which result in your products to be damaged. Let us know the problem and don't forget to attach photo or video so we can address the issue clearly.
